From day one, Felina demonstrated a natural desire to understand every facet of the industry. She delved deep into yearly budgets, delinquency loss, renewal retention, make-ready, and maintenance expenses, all while helping tenants find their perfect homes. It was evident that her calling was not just a job, but a genuine commitment to creating thriving communities.

In 2014, Felina became a new mom, a transformative moment that would ultimately shape her career path. In 2016, urged by her clients who recognized her unparalleled expertise, Felina took the bold step of becoming a licensed real estate professional and opened her own property management company. Her mission was clear: to assist investors in buying, selling, managing, and flipping their investment portfolios in the vibrant St. Louis market.
